This is a blog about childhood trauma and how it affected one person. I was privileged in a lot of ways, and therefore had a much better life than some, but I was also abused and neglected as a child and forced to become the parent of my siblings. This has caused me ongoing problems in adulthood, some of which I will also talk about.

This is my attempt to remember, grieve, and heal from my traumas. In the process, I hope that if you have been a victim of childhood trauma, you can find validation and support.
